so...
You know how in like marvel comics, there's Spider-man, right?
But there's the Amazing Spider-man, the Spectacular spider-man, the incredible Spider-man, and so on and so forth. Now, all of these are of course, Spider-man, and you recognize them as spider-man, but you know every different iteration is slightly different.
I.E. Spectacular Spider-man has Peter Parker in College, while Ultimate Spider-man consists of Peter Parker in Highschool. Both Spider-man, both different.
When I see, say :iconCalamity_Coyote: as Wile Coyote's son, some part of me yerns to shake him and say "DUDE. WRONG! READ UP!" But another part, of me, the writer part says "Dude, different universe, get over it."
Me, personally, I'm lucky enough that he likes me enough that he included me in that universe of his, as his little brother to boot! That's sweet. <3
He talks with a Brooklyn accent in his, where as in mine, he's more of a traditional look at the character, in that he doesn't say anything but he speaks through sign posts and nonverbal communication.
I think it's a creative output so if Calamity wants to have Wile as his father in his universe (even if it doesn't make any sense) that's ...fine. You know. It kinda rolls on the path of "You didn't think this out very well" but thats just me. Personally.
To that extent, I'm always somewhat leary of inducting specific people and OC characters into my OC universe and OC family because of issues that could stem and arise from out of character fighting, specific and personal immaturity the inability to follow set designs and patterns in a certain universe and things like that. Not to mention, I have no idea where all this is leading up to...actually I do. See, there's this new character, Ann, (Which is short for Anarchy) and apparently she's my new sister. Not that I mind the girl. Seems like a down right decent lass, but I've no idea how to induct someone like that into my family.
Well, ok, I have an idea I suppose, but her iteration will be different than other iterations of her. I don't know, we'll see. Never the less, welcome to the family, Anarchy.
